Epishine Appoints Mattias Josephson as CEO as Company Enters Next Phase of Growth
After Anders Kottenauer informed the Board of his decision to step down as CEO, the Board has appointed Mattias Josephson as Chief Executive Officer.
Mattias is one of Epishine’s founders and previously led the company through its formative years. Since then, he has remained an active member of the Board and has played a central role in the company’s commercial strategy and international business development, including leading key customer relationships across Asia and other strategic markets.
He returns to the CEO role at a time when Epishine has evolved from technology development into commercial execution, with a proven manufacturing platform, an expanding customer base, and growing market traction. His deep knowledge of the company, entrepreneurial mindset, and long-standing relationships with customers and partners position him well to lead this phase of the company’s journey.
The company is also accelerating the recruitment of an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to further strengthen its operational organization as it prepares for its next phase of growth.
